I have had the opportunity to conceptualise and design the JustRentals.com portal website from scratch, using creative freedom to create new ways for visitors to interact and find homes. The property portal featured in the UAE's top three destinations for those seeking out new homes, before it was merged with JustProperty.com in 2016.
The website was built with the end-user in mind, to provide them with power tools in making an educated decision when searching for their potential new homes. With features such as freehand drawn searches on a map, price indices, agent lookup, and Google Street View tours, JustRentals became the go-to website for finding the perfect matching home.
JustRentals acted as a mediator between real estate agents and people seeking for new homes, generating a large volume of leads to over 500 real estate agencies. For businesses, the portal provided vital statistics and recommendations to boost the performance of their advertised properties. Agents could also follow-up with properties enquiries through a simple but powerful mailbox-style lead management tool. The portal even provided businesses with several advertising opportunities on the website, ranging from large takeover campaigns to promoting individual properties ahead of their competitors.
