Wild Wadi is the oldest and one of the most popular water theme parks in Dubai. Located in front of the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel, it offers thrills and scenic views for people of all ages.
Over the years, Wild Wadi's outdated website and competition from newer attractions in the city has potentially impacted the number of visitors and direct revenue for the park. It also relies heavily on ticket sales through third-party travel and booking websites. The challenge here was to improve Wild Wadi's online brand identity and improve the visitors' booking experiences.
